My Name is Joseph Keller

I’m Joseph Keller, the founder of Apex Health Optimization, and I’m here to guide you toward your peak physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With a deep foundation in Health Science, I earned a four-year degree covering physics, biology, organic chemistry, physiology, and anatomy. After two years in an MD program and successfully completing Step 1 of the Physician Licensing Exam, I shifted my focus to entrepreneurship, always with a passion for optimizing human performance.

Over the years, I’ve specialized in endocrinology, neurology, and health-enhancing compounds, constantly learning how the body operates at its most intricate levels. But my journey isn’t just academic—it’s personal. I’ve built a muscular physique (180 lbs with 6-pack abs) and reached impressive strength milestones (315 lb bench press, 445 lb squat, 500 lb deadlift). I was also in the top 10% of my medical class—proof of my drive, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
